1 Step the right at 45-degree angle in riding horse stance. Single knife block with left hand and middle punch with right hand.
2 Same as above but reverse body movement and hands.
3 Same body movement as above, but knife hand strike to the neck.
4 Step left 45 - degree angle. Left palm block, right punch.
5 Step same as above, same block, elbow strike to ribs.
6 Step same as above, same block, right ridge hand to open face or solar plexus.
7 Step with right foot, inside middle block with right hand. Back fist with right hand.
8 Same movement as above. Knife hand to throat.
9 Knife hand block, step to the right. Right upper cut.
10 Step inside right inside middle block. Back fist with right hand to nose. Hammer fist to groin
11 Step right foot inside. Left hand middle block. Right hand strike to bicep.
12 Step left foot outside opponent, trap with crossing movement. Right arm trop wrist area. Left arm break elbow.
13 From ready position, front snap kick left leg. Right round housekick to face.
14 Same as above. Left front snap kick. right side kick to ribs.
15 Step back right foot into free-sparring position. Fake right front snap kick, quick right round house kick to face.
16 Step right leg into long stance, 45-degrees to opponent. Left knife hand block. Left round house kick.
17 Reverse above. Step left leg into long stance, right knife hand block. Right round house kick.
18 Crescent kick with right leg to block punch. Right leg side kick without placing leg down
19 Left leg crescent kick block of punch. Spinning back sidekick with right leg.
20 Skip 45-degrees and jump front snap kick to solar plexus.
21 Left leg side kick. Spinning back side kick with right leg.
22 Three side kicks with right leg: low, middle, high.
23 Step right 45-degrees, left knife hand block, right knife hand strike to neck. Step inside and right knife hand strike to opposite side of opponent's neck. Holding opponents arm, elbow strike to opponent's throat or ribs. Step pivot and execute hip throw from your right side.
24 Step left, palm block at opponent's elbow. Move in quickly with ridge hand and right foot sweep simultaneously.
25 Step right foot high stance, knife hand block with left. Quick step into opponent with double twist punches. Using your left leg, lift inside opponent's lead leg and use palm strike at opponent's chin to throw.
