Same Side Wrist Grab

Attacker is holding your wrist with same hand. Pull your wrist away (in direction of attacker's hand opening) and backfist strike to attacker's face.
2 Same Side Wrist Grab Attacker is holding your wrist with same hand. Take small step forward. Pull your held hand up and strike attacker with knife hand to temple, jaw, neck or ear.
3 Cross Wrist Grab Attacker is holding your wrist with opposite hand.  Fake to attacker's inside (side opposite he is holding you from).  Sweep toward side he is holding you with, grab attacker's wrist and twist over (fingers up), push in and down on the attackers elbow, snap kick with leg closest to face.
4 Double Wrist Grab Attacker is holding both your wrists.  Take small step forward. Pull both hnads up and knife strike with both hands to temple, jaw, neck or ear.
5 Double Wrist Grab Attacker is holding both your wrists.  Pull both arms in outward direction.  Quickly snap back in, grabbing attacker's wrist with your thumb up.  Turn toward inside pulling arm over your shoulder anapping attacker's elbow.
6 Double Wrist Grab Attacker is holding both your wrists.  Step in.  Do inside middle block forarm strike to one of attacker's arms and elbow strike to attacker's solarplex, throat or face.
7 Lapel Grab Attacker is holding your lapel. Step back toward outside.  Grab attacker's wrist with your same side hand.  Take your opposite hand and crush attacker's thumb joint.
8 Belt Grab (Knuckles Down) Attacker is holding you belt with his knuckles facing floor.  Bend down.  Sweep both of your palms up to break attacker's elbow.
9 Belt Grab (Knuckles Up) Attacker is holding your belt with his knuckles facing up.  Scissor break attacker's elbow.
10 Shoulder Grab Attacker is holding your shoulder.  Take your same side wrist bone and press against attacker's holding wrist and twist and pull down.
11 Shoulder Grab Attacker is holding you shoulder. Grab attacker's hand with your opposite hand. Hold attacker's hand while twisting attacker's arm and twisting, taking attacker down.
12 Double Choke From Front Attacker has 2 hand choke hold facing you.  While twisting, make Y hand strike to attacker's throat crushing air wave.  Do not step forward.
13 Double Choke From Rear Attacker has 2 hand choke hold from behind you.  With your opposite hand, grab attacker's pinky finger, underneath with your thumb.  Hold attacker's hand, twist and turn attacker's hand up, breaking attacker's pinky finger.
14 Hair Grab Attacker is holding your hair from front.  Grab both of attacker's hands pressing against your skull while quickly dropping to the floor.
15 Full Nelson Attacker has you in full nelson.  With your arms up, quickly drop yo floor and back kick to attacker's face or groin.
16 Choke From Behind Attacker has arm choke hold from behind.  Step to side creating opening and hammer fist strike to attacker's groin, foot to attacker's groin or elbow to attacker's solarplex.
17 Overhead Knife Strike Attacker striking you with knife from above from fromt. Upper arm block.  Grab attacker's knife hand, wrap attacker's arm with your opposite hand closest to attacker's hand, twist and pull arm up.
18 Knife Strike Lunging Forward Attacker is lunging at you from front with knife.  Step to side and block with forearm.  Counter with ridge hand strike to face or rib area.
19 Knife Strike Lunging Forward Attacker is lunging at your from front with knife. Step to side.  Cross arm block and grab knife hand, thumb press on back of knife hand, twist and pull arm up.
